That's me - on the left.
I’m David, an engineer, sort of an artist, avid hiker and pilot with a deep interest in Earth systems and our rapidly changing climate. This site is where I connect global warming, earth stewardship, and the experience of flight with the way I observe and interpret the world.
From the cockpit to the computer to the studio, I pay close attention to patterns in the sky, on the land, and in daily life that reflect a warming planet. Through scientific study, writing and visual work, I want explore how individual choices, technological systems, and environmental change intersect.
